When it comes to skincare, Shiseido’s J-beauty philosophy, combined with cutting-edge Western scientific research, delivers outstanding results. Creating active formulas that target any skin concerns, their latest launch is touted as a game-changer, combining the best powder technology with glow-giving skincare ingredients. An ultra-fine powder that is a blend of mica, zinc oxide, and microcrystalline wax, which makes an airy texture that melts into the skin for a seamless finish. Packed with skin-boosting hydration from glycerin, Moroccan argan, and camellia seed oils, these ingredients not only tint the skin with colour but also help improve your complexion over time.

Why do we like it?

These skin enhancers are so versatile. Along with being multi-benefit, it’s multi-use. The ultra-soft powder contains liquid capsules that enclose the skincare ingredients (mentioned above), providing long-lasting hydration that stays true to shade. The powder can double as a blush or highlighter for the cheeks and can be worn as an eyeshadow or on the lips as a satin matte colour. The colour payoff is natural yet detectable, and can be built on to offer a flush of vibrant colour on the skin, blending gorgeously with my other makeup. There are nine inclusive colours in different finishes, including shimmery highlighters in shades 01 and 02, and pearlised in shades 03 and 05. These can be used on the high points of the face, down the bridge of the nose, and on the decolletage. Satin finishes, in shades 04 and 07, and a soft matte finish from shades 06 and 08, can be applied separately or layered. While shade 09 is your bronzer vibes, and contour colour. There’s a shade and finish for everyone in this lineup, even on oily skin; it's incredibly long-wearing and looks as pigmented and seamless at the end of the day as it does when you first apply it. An excellent choice for all skin types since it’s weightless and offers instant radiance.
