More and more of us are addressing our beauty concerns from the inside out. These latest incarnations take superfoods to a new level. Here are some of the best new ingestible powders, liquids and gummies to try that promise to boost your daily skin and hair care routines.

Our editor swears by these tiny capsules packed with vitamin C, hydrolysed collagen, silica, vitamin E, zinc, and biotin to strengthen her weak, peeling nails and improve her dry skin.
