Miss Crabb's vibrant colour

August 24, 2016

It was a moment for red-lip lovers to covet, and a night for Kirstine Crabb to celebrate, her 12 years of business - with label Miss Crabb. Off site from NZ Fashion Week the designer showcased her in store, spring/summer collection to a 150 strong crowd. Senior Artist MAC Cosmetics Kiekie Stanners who lead the charge backstage, took a bold approach. “PJ Harvey beauties with a pop of Andy Warhol.” Which translated into shades of sea blue on lids, and an ever impressive slick of matte red. As lovers of clashing colour - we felt complelled to share it.

Key products: Face: M·A·C Studio Waterweight SPF 30 Foundation. Cream Colour Base in Pearl to highlight skin. Cream Colour Base in Vintage Rose applied to cheeks for a natural flush. Eyes: Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Clearwater buffed out over the eyelid. Combination of PRO Acrylic Paints in Hi Def Cyan, Pure White and Landscape Green pressed on to eyelid. Fluidline in Blacktrack. Lips: Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Fashion Legacy. Nails: Studio Nail Lacquer in Erogenous.
