Milky white

You could say this trend is everlasting; that’s because eutral nails will never go out of style, and the best news is this is one nail look you don’t need to go to a nail bar to achieve. If 2023 is your year for frugality, anyone can mimic this milky manicure with minimal effort. Appearing on recent runways at LoveShackFancy, Tory Burch, Ulla Johnson, with two coats of a creamy polish and a shiny top coat, can be rocking this trend. Check out the freshest white polishes to wear now, below.

Hot in the 2000s, cherry-red nails are making a comeback? Thanks to Hailey Bieber showing off her red carpet red talons recently. Trust us; you will be seeing vampy red everywhere this summer.

It turns out that French tips are a trend that never dates. Showing up on the runways of Alice + Olivia, Tommy Hilfiger, Peter Do, and Sandy Liang, colourful variations on the classic French mani reigned. This elegant staple is here to stay, from traditional white-tipped nails to various creative colours.

The best DIY french tips can be stuck on in seconds. All you need to do is select the correct size for each nail, apply a dot of the glue directly onto your nail, and then press for five seconds, and you’re good to go.

Chrome

From glazed doughnut nails to falling in love with chrome and metallic textures, radiant-looking nails are all over social media. However, chrome does not necessarily mean eye-blinding bling; it can mean subtle shades of rose gold, peach and metallic silver. OPI global ambassador Harriet Westmoreland predicts that chrome, but not as you know it, for 2023, who predicts a subtle grown-up evolution of this eye-catching trend.

The queen of embellishment, Los Angeles-based nail artist and founder of Nails of LA Brittney Boyce, says get ready to see opulent, bejewelled, diamond-encrusted nails everywhere in 2023. "In addition to seeing these on long, extended nails, we’re seeing them more on shorter nails," she explains. Stickers are also a great way to achieve this look. Press-on nails with jewels in dozens of sparkling shades are easy to DIY options, along with nail stickers and wraps. From designer to dainty, vintage floral designs, this is the year to brush up on your mani skills and rock a new nail look.
