The Morning Show on Apple TV

Currently a front runner for our style director, who smashed season one over one weekend. Award-winning Jennifer Aniston who received a Golden Globe for her performance as Alex Levy anchor of The Morning Show. This popular news program broadcast from Manhattan on the UBA network, reflects the #metoo movement, today this show is perceived to have changed the face of American television. A quick synopsis: After her on-air partner of 15 years, Mitch Kessler, is fired amidst a sexual misconduct scandal, Levy fights to stay in the hot seat, while snapping at heels is Bradley Jackson, (they both have amazing hair) a promising field reporter, whose after a series of impulsive decisions is in line for Levy’s job. Series one will captivate you, we can’t wait for the planned season two. One tip: Download Apple TV+ for the free one week trial, instead of committing to monthly installments.

Classics if you haven’t seen them

And if you have been living under a rock and missed them, here are some oldies but goodies. We have thoroughly enjoyed re-watching Sex In The City on Neon, Gossip Girl on Netflix, Suits on Lightbox, Lipstick Jungle on Lightbox, Ugly Betty on TVNZ and Cashmere Mafia on TVNZ.

Another show worth mention, Dynasty on Netflix. It may not be set in New York but the fashion is amazing!
