The best scented candles

Kickstart the festive season with a scented candle, and surround your home in the scent of Christmas. Editor Trudi Brewer shares her favourite candles for this holiday season.

Christmas candles

Lighting a luxurious scented candle is one of my favorite ways to celebrate the festive season. The scent will add instant ambiance to your living space while helping to create that festive mood. While some candles can be pricey, we think they are worth the splurge. Also, a luxe-y looking candle is often all you need to bring the scent of Christmas into your home, without having to trim a tree. And once they’re finished, put the empty vessel in the freezer to easily remove any leftover wax residue, and then use them as a small vase, jewellry jar or luxe-y-looking makeup brush holder.
