How to style frizzy hair

With the level of humidity we are dealing with, we looked to Instagram for some no-style hair #inspo to stop fighting frizz and embrace it. Editor Trudi Brewer shares her pick of easy to do, do's.

Frizz is our greatest hair challenge, especially when hair has natural curl. Here are the top tips to make it work for you.
1. Our top tip is to go to bed with damp hair, loaded with styling cream. Work the product into the mid-lengths and ends only, you don't want greasy roots. In the morning use a tong to tidy up hair, add definition around the face and pull hair back into a messy bun or pony.
2. Don't wash your hair too often, it strips the natural oils from the hair. Those natural oils are what calms frizz. Embrace dry shampoo to stretch the time between washing your hair.
3. Keep an old, clean mascara brush for spritzing alcohol-free hairspray onto to tame flyaway's and frizz. It's great for spot taming once hair is in a ponytail, and ideal for calming annoying baby hairs around the hairline.
My product preference is a styling cream for applying in damp hair to calm frizz.
