A good hair day gives you confidence and makes you feel on top of the world. Here is my pick of products to help you achieve just that.

Original Mineral C Paste, $40. This luxe-y cream reminds me of a day at the beach, thanks to it's coconut scent. And the way it helps define wave on dry hair, gives light hold and shine without turning your locks into an oil mess.

Davines SU Hair Mask, $37. It happens to be the ultimate anti-ageing treatment for long hair, this mask replaces softness, moisture and adds shine after one application - we're hooked.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day PhD Nightcap Perfector, $49. This weightless lotion should be applied to dry hair (from roots to ends) and then combed through before you go to sleep. Expect to wake up with more manageable locks that last for weeks - it's also silicone and oil-free.

Kevin Murphy RE.STORE, $70. Protein is a superfood for hair, and this treatment is just what frazzled hair needs. Apply this creamy lotion to wet hair, leave for two or three minutes, and then rinse. For best results, use once a week as a substitute for shampoo and conditioner.

OGX Weightless Hydration Coconut Water Shampoo, $22. This is my smug beauty buy, which is also currently the number one selling shampoo in the supermarket. You know how good coconut water is for the body, well the supercharged electrolytes in this formula help rejuvenate the most dehydrated hair.

Davines More Inside, This Is A Dry Texturizer, $36. If you want a lightweight body-boosting spray that adds volume, and staying power to up do's along with brilliant texture - this is the spritz for you.

Redken Frizz Dismiss, $35. I would never be without this styling cream. It smooths, helps add definition to my unruly curl and unbelievable softness. Apply to towel dried hair, and then style.

Moroccanoil Dry Shampoo in Light Tones and Dark Tones, $45. Anyone with a dry shampoo obsession like me will love these sprays. They include an option for blonde, which features subtle violet undertones to fight brassiness, and for brunettes, with tinted rice starch that disappears once you spray it into your roots - genius.
