Estèe Lauder is becoming a makeup rebel. They are producing some clever textures for contouring, strobing and highlighting. Their latest Pure Color Lip and Cheek Multistick and Pure Color Envy Sculpting Blush ranges will make cheeks glow. Strategically placed blush can do more than lift, brighten and contour your face. It can also make you look years younger.
Here's how to contour any face shape with colour.
To trim a round face: Avoid the apples of your cheeks, and sweep blush from the outer corners, up to the temples this will create the illusion of cheekbones.
To shorten a long face: Use the same tones of makeup, on your eyes and cheeks. Dust blush along the tops of the cheekbones, across your eyelids, and along the jawline.
To soften a square face: Think blended all the way. Buff on blush from the apples of the cheeks downward. The aim is to brighten and contour the hollows of your cheeks.
My pick of colours from the range.
